The historical Montclair Civic building includes wrap-around porches. It was built by Baron Walter Von Richtofen in 1888 and has been completely renovated. The Pavilion at Central Park is on the grounds of the former Stapleton airport. It can hold 50 indoors or 75 indoors and outdoors. Rental fees for evenings and weekends are $40 (weekdays) to $75 (evenings and weekends) an hour plus a flat fee of $35 to use the kitchen.
