The Foundry
For SIT-DOWN DINNERS, LUNCHEONS, PARTIES, WEDDINGS, and SPECIAL EVENTS
The inside of The Foundry seats a maximum of 125 people including room for a dance floor. For larger events we can accomodate up to 165 under a tent in the courtyard. For COCKTAIL PARTIES or STAND-UP EVENTS The maximum capacity is 200.
The Courtyard, adjacent and connected to The Foundry, can be rented in addition to the inside space. The Courtyard can be rented as an open space or can house up to a 30 x 40 ft. or 30 x 60 ft. tent for ceremonies, cocktails, or larger sit down events (see pink area in the plan below). This option is available on Friday evenings, and Weekends only.
The Foundry Terrace is a 1,200 sq. ft. outdoor elevated roof terrace adjacent to The Foundry’s mezzanine level featuring views of the Queensboro Bridge & Manhattan skyline. The Terrace can be rented in addition to the inside space and can hold up to 60 guests. Pochron Studios

Union Square Ballroom
The 4,000 square foot facility combines state-of-the-art sound and light technology
with stunning architectural detail. Wood, stone, fire and water blend with vaulted ceilings, mirrors and recessed floor lighting to create a magical effect. Designed to be a Blank Palette", the feel is one of clean modernism and warm elegance. Located on the Edge of Union Square Park, The Union Square Ballroom can accommodate up to 400 guests and is comprised of two fully independent function rooms that can be joined through an ambient floor-lit corridor for larger events. Take the FDR or West Side Highway to 14th Street; follow 14th Street to Union Square. We are located on Union Square West between 15th and 16th streets.
